Our top pick for breakfast at Brevard Diner is their 2-2-2 special. Chose from 2 French toast (or 2 pancakes), 2 eggs and either 2 bacon or sausage. The 2-2-2-2 meal also comes with strawberries and whipped cream.

Morning Social is our go-to for breakfast in Brevard. The outdoor seating and the amazing grits can’t be topped! It’s also in a really cool part of town– the Lumberyard District.

We love getting a box of pastries to-go from Bracken Mountain– and it always includes cheese danish! Especially the cherry streusel or a raspberry cheese danish.

Their breakfast menu includes sandwiches, burritos, pancakes and even a vegan ‘bliss brunch’ with tofu and black beans. They also have a build-your-own omelet option as well as a daily quiche.

Sunrise Cafe is known for their bagel and cream cheese selection. You can’t go wrong, though we especially love their asiago bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese.

If you are looking for pancakes in Brevard, Grammy’s Restaurant is the place for you! Grammy’s is a homestyle eatery across from Ingles in Brevard, NC.

They have absolutely mega pancakes, as well as several other breakfast items like omelets, eggs benedict, classic breakfast plates and more.

Grammy’s used to be in a strip mall down the road but made the move to a log-cabin style building in 2020.

The Velvet Cup has a full espresso menu, as well as iced coffee and smoothies. It’s located at the entrance to Pisgah National Forest, so it’s a bit out of town from Brevard. But it’s only a 10 minute drive from downtown so we didn’t want to leave it out!
