Galaxy chocolate hamper
Best budget chocolate hamper
Many of us fall into either the Cadbury or Galaxy camp, fighting it out for which is best. If you know a die-hard Galaxy fan, this is the hamper for them. The 1kg box is filled with every form of Galaxy chocolate you can think of – there are bags of Minstrels, bars of smooth classic Galaxy and plenty of flavoured bars, including orange, salted caramel and cookie crumble. A guaranteed way to make their day a little sweeter.
Lindt Lindor collection hamper
Best for chocolate truffles
Surely one of the most decadent chocolate hampers we’ve tried, we love the element of personalisation involved in this 1.6kg offering from Lindt. As well as three boxes of truffles, plus a selection of large and small bars, the compact box is completed by choosing a whopping 650g of Lindt truffle pick ‘n’ mix. Fill your quota however you like – go all in on 650g of a favourite, or choose a selection from the wide range of flavours, some of which we hadn’t seen before, such as matcha, mango and popcorn truffles. The lucky recipient will be kept going with chocolate for a very long time.
Cartwright & Butler The Chocolate & Fizz Hamper
Best for chocolate-themed snacks
We love this hamper for including a variety of chocolate-themed treats, not just straight bars or truffles. Delivered in a smart gift box, this has 10 different chocolate products to enjoy inside: from chocolate drop shortbread and wafers to creamy fudge, champagne truffles and smooth drinking chocolate to wash it all down. Not forgetting the bottle of prosecco for a luxury treat.
Cartwright & Butler (£95)
M&S Swiss chocolate gift bag
Best for Swiss chocolate
This gift bag from M&S is a more wallet-friendly hamper option and is full of creamy Swiss chocolate. There’s a nice variety of products in here, from a chocolate selection box that’s perfect for sharing, to a golden blond chocolate bar and two boxes of milk or dark chocolate truffles.
Snowdonia Cheese & Chocolate Tasting Basket
This chocolate hamper is a whole unique tasting experience. Snowdonia Cheese have collaborated with Willie’s Cacao to pair four cheeses with four chocolates, with a tasting leaflet to guide you through this experience. Delivered in a gift basket a lucky recipient can keep, these unusual pairings can be tried together as well as enjoyed separately – think chilli cheese with white chocolate, or garlic and herb-infused cheddar with tangy lime milk chocolate…

Joe & Seph’s Chocoholic popcorn gift box
Best chocolate hamper for popcorn lovers
The dream chocolate hamper for settling down in front of a Christmas movie and a winning gift for chocoholic popcorn lovers, this contains a whole medley of popcorn treats and best of all, you can pick exactly what goes into it yourself. Choose your ideal flavours of popcorn, popcorn bites and caramel sauce from a wide range, plus add a gift box and gift note if giving as a present.

Chococo giant assorted chocolate hamper
Best luxury chocolate hamper for variety
Swap a wicker basket for a box filled to the brim with top quality chocolate with this Chococo hamper offering. As the name suggests, there’s a varied selection of popular Chococo items hidden in here, from a box of Dorset sea salt caramels to ginger-studded chocolate slabs. We particularly love the honeycomb clusters if you’ve got a super sweet tooth.
The Chocolate Society luxury hot chocolate hamper
Best hot chocolate hamper
It’s the season to curl up with a cosy hot chocolate, and this luxurious hamper makes that extra special. No powdery flakes here: stir up an extra-rich hot chocolate with The Chocolate Society’s melting milk and dark chocolate drops, plus a clever hot chocolate shaker to make the drink in and ensure it is silky smooth. The hamper also includes rich chocolate-covered ginger and orange peel to enjoy with your drink.

Hampers.com red wine and chocolate hamper
Best chocolate and alcohol hamper
No need to choose whether to take chocolate or wine next time you’re a guest! Hosts will be thrilled by this simple, smart hamper combining a bottle of Spanish grenache with a mini box of ribbon-tied chocolate truffles. All Hampers.com hampers are also 100% carbon neutral, including delivery.
Monty Bojangles Truffle Trunk
There’s something magical about this truffle trunk. It takes the magic of wanderlust in a suitcase but filled with boxes of your favourite chocolate flavours, in truffle form. What makes this so perfect is that, when ordering direct from Monty Bojangles, you can actually pick which flavours to have in the suitcase, any it’s only £40 for nine boxes and over 100 truffles, which is great value.
Despite the heavy cocoa coating (make sure you have a wet wipe on hand), the flavours are delicious. We highly recommend the ‘pistachio macarooned’ ones as they have a delicious nutty flavour and crunchy texture amongst the silky truffle. The names of each flavour are quirky, the packaging is colourful and you can even use the trunk for storage when you’ve finished the truffles.
