Learn Jamaican recipes from brother-duo Craig and Shaun McAnuff, cater for your gluten-free friends with top tips from Becky Excell, get prepared for the Chinese New Year with Suzie Lee and add a vegan twist to your Christmas dinners with recipes from Calum Harris.

Chris Bavin will be hosting the Wild Kitchen stage, sponsored by Eat Game. The perfect place to discover new alternatives for your Christmas table. Fresh off Jamie Oliver’s Cookbook Challenge, Zena Kamgaing will be celebrating culinary traditions from around the world and Sally Abé, professional chef and restaurant owner will be sharing her hearty winter recipes. Plus, to help you add a touch of Sri Lankan and South Indian flavours to your Christmas dinners, Karan Gokani will be cooking up a storm.
