Recipe steps for making homemade Banana Bread Cake
  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Mix wet ingredients (bananas, butter, vanilla, eggs).
  3. Separately mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon).
  4. Mix together wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Mix in blueberries. 
  6. Transfer to a buttered 9×13 baking dish. Top with sliced banana and blueberries, if desired.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees F for 75-90 minutes or until the top is completely browned and the bread is cooked through. 
  8. Cool and enjoy.

  • 9 medium bananas, very ripe (plus one more for topping, optional)
  • 1 cup butter, unsalted, melted
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 6 eggs, whisked
  • 5 ¼ cup flour
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 2 ¾ tbsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (plus more for topping, optional)
